Maine Beer Co. ‘Another One’, 7% ABV, IPA Freeport, ME – Freshey fresh. Hoppy pine flavor, passion fruit, peach, caramel notes, some orange zest. Hugely drinkable IPA. This beer will make you want another one after another one.
Omnipollo ‘Aurora’, 7.2% ABV, IPA. Stockholm, Sweden – There’s no lie, I love Omnipollo and any chance I get I try to get their excellent brews. Dank hops, orange peel bitter, and mega juicy. Clean and crushable, you won’t be able to stop drinking it.
Tired Hands ‘Cheryl’, 5.1% ABV, Oaked Witbier. Ardmore, PA – Brewed with malted oats and raw wheat. Lightly hopped with Cascade and spiced with coriander and orange peel. Fermented in one of their large oak foedres with their MAGICKAL house yeast. Complex and wonderfully integrated.
JW Lees ‘Harvest Ale 2015 Lagavulin’, 11.5% ABV, Barley Wine. Middleton, England – Big beer for the colder weather approaching. Sweet with notes of whisky, peach and smoke. Slightly woody and for sure you’ll feel the booziness this brew packs. Mmmm.
