De Proef/ New Glarus ‘Abtsolution’, 9% ABV, Dubbel. Hijfte, Belgium / New Glarus, Wisconsin – Luscious and full bodied, aged on both American and French oak and brewed with Wisconsin and Belgian ingredients. Think raisins, sweet grains, bready, some caramel. Malty with some sweetness and a dry finish.
Hudson Valley Brewery ‘Isosceles‘, 6% ABV, Sour Farmhouse. Beacon, NY – Conditioned in oak with pineapple, orange flowers and vanilla beans and dry-hopped with Azacca. Simply beautiful nectar that you’ll want to drink frequently, it drinks like an orange creamsicle with is highly dangerous. Won’t last too long.
