KCBC ‘Mattituck Manners’, 5% ABV. Brooklyn, NY – Brewed with 100% organic hops from Craft Master Hops in Mattituck, NY. Balanced, clean and super refreshing with some light citrus notes and soft malt.
Dark Horse ‘Bourbon Barrel Toonilla‘, 7,5% ABV. Marshall, MI – Cream stout brewed with coffee from Dark Street Roasting Company and vanilla beans. Lingeringly sweet and coffee dominated with a little barrel and a hint of vanilla creeping back in.
Loverbeer ‘Pruss Perdu’, 6% ABV. Marentino, Italy – Their interpretation of the famous fruit lambic produced on the southwest sie of Brussels. Fermented thanks to the lactic bacteria and yeast (including Brettanomyces), it matures 12 months in oak barrels with Bure Roca pears, an ancient Piedmontese variety now almost extinct.
Finback ‘Polyphonic’, 8,4% ABV. Queens, NY – DIPA, dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Strata. Citrus, dank, ripe, tropical goodness.
