Sad sad day today. Rest in Peace Anthony Bourdain.
Carton ‘Monkey Chased the Weasel’, 3,9% ABV. Atlantic Highlands, NJ – A Berliner weisse made with Mulberries. Stealing the process from Berliners, they let the lactics in a wheated mash sour up, accentuating the bright side of the mulberry’s profile.
Omnipollo ‘Pilsner‘, 5,4% ABV. Stockholm, Sweden – German style Pilsner! Special test batch sent just for us here at Brouwerij Lane. Make sure to try it cause you won’t find it anywhere else! Medium body and rounded mouthfeel with bready, German grassy hops and a functional malt base. Quaffable AF.
Maine Beer ‘Post Ride Snack’, 4,9% ABV. Freeport, ME – We don’t know why biking and beer go together so well, but they just do. They brewed this Session IPA as a refreshing post ride snack with notes and aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, mixed berries and grassy pine. Cheers to every ride!
KCBC/ Other Half ‘Different, But Same’, 8% ABV. Brooklyn, NY – Double Dry Hopped Double IPA. The first half of a 2 part collab with Other Half. Brewed with Pilsner & Vienna malt, flaked oats, and an absolutely staggering quantity of experimental Bru-1 and Citra hops (pellets & cryo). Fermented with Vermont Ale Yeast. Smooth, juicy and very, very hoppy. Notes of massive ripe mango & orange, soft hazy peach and a dry finish.
