Graft Cider ‘Where Secrets Lie’, 6.9% ABV, Cider. Newburgh, NY – Wild yeast fermented cider aged on hibiscus, lavender and pink sea salt. Sour fruit, tart wheat and a nice puckering zippiness.

Interboro/Run the Jewels ‘Stay G-O-L-D’, 6% ABV, IPA. Brooklyn, NY – A collaboration with Run the Jewels. Dank pineapple, lemon honeydew notes. Tangy, citrus piney flavors with a clean bitter finish.

Industrial Arts ‘Wrench’, 6.8% ABV, NEIPA. Garnerville, NY – Over the top, juicy as fuck! Forever hazy with intense peachy and citrus notes that will wash over you like a waterfall of flavor. Happy 1st birthday to Industrial Arts! If you’re in their area, this Saturday from 1-10pm they’re throwing a party with special beers, pizza by Fortina Pizza and good times. #juicewolf

Oxbow Brewing ‘Moon Rocks’, 4.5% ABV, Grisette. Helsingborg, Sweden – Mixed fermentation Grisette brewed with spelt, oats and wheat. Aged in oak barrels. Lightly spiced straw, citrus, tannins, light booze. Really awesome! Happy 6 years to Oxbow! ❤

Weekend of 8/11

Bockor ‘Cuvee Des Jacobins Kriek’, 4.5% ABV, Lambic. Bellegem, Belgium – This beer is a blend of 12 month old oak aged beer and fresh cherry juice. Offering big candied cherry aromas, it is very fruity yet features an artful balance between sweetness and acidity. Finishes bright with notes of cherry liqueur and almonds.

Pipeworks ‘Galaxy Ghost’, 8.5% ABV, Double IPA. Chicago, IL – DIPA brewed with Galaxy and Grungeist hops. A ton of citrus fruits, hints of orange, grapefruit, mango, pineapple and papaya along with a really nice hop bite. Hops come forward first with a nice bready crackery back bone to follow. Well executed DIPA from our friends over in Chi-town.

KCBC ‘Sandcastles’, 5.2% ABV, Summer Saison. Brooklyn, NY – Candied lemon peel and pilsner malt up front, with classic French saison yeast and extra dry finish. Notes of lemon zest, soft grain and light spice. Bring in a sandwich to enjoy alongside with a pint of this brew!

Brewski ‘Beet Me With Passion, Honey!‘, 4.7% ABV, Berliner Weisse. Helsingborg, Sweden – A different take on the classic German style with the addition of passionfruit for a refreshing vibe on a honey background and a small ‘beeting’ for coloring. Tart, tropical, musky fruit skins, sweet honey and light cereal grains in the finish. Real good.

Brew by Numbers ’17|06′, 3.5% ABV, Table Saison. London, UK – The fruity herbal character of Japanese Sorachi Ace is undercut by Sicilian lemon zest and juice in this delicate, sessionable saison. Super refreshing for hot summer days!

Grimm/Barrier ‘Power Source’, 8% ABV, Double IPA. Brooklyn, NY – A fruited DIPA brewed with mangoes, mosaic hops and mosaic Lupulin powder. We also have in store Barrier’s version (cans only//on site consumption only) which is brewed with kiwis and amarillo hops.

Trinity Brewing ‘Saison Man’, 4.9% ABV, Saison. Colorado Springs, Colorado – A ‘Pre-Industry’ Session Saison, brewed with pilsen, rye, flaked wheat, flaked oats, spelt, coriander and grains of paradise. Fermented with a blend of Farmhouse yeast and Brettanomyces, dry hopped and aged in Chardonnay barrels. 

Evil Twin Brewing ‘Sour Bikini‘, 3% ABV, Sour Ale. Brooklyn, NY – A dry-hopped sour with low ABV and low bitterness. Juicy, tart, light wheat, funk and softly sour summer fruit. You could drink this all day.

Industrial Arts ‘Zesty Enterprise’, 5.7% ABV, Saison. Garnerville, NY – Brewed with the Culinary Institute of America. Meyer lemon zest, pink peppercorns and rose hips amplify the already spicy character as this beer washes over your palate. A perfect summer beverage, if we may say so. 

Gueuzerie Tilquin ‘Gueuze Tilquin Draft Version’, 4.8% ABV, Gueuze. Rebecca-Rognon, Belgium – A spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the blending of a low alcohol lambic (Meerts;Boon) with 1 and 2 year old lambics (Lindemans, Cantillon, Girardin) matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered, unpasteurized. Tart, dry and refreshing with a fresh and lemony nose. Ideal for the summer and for discovering beers of spontaneous fermentation. Open Your Mind.

Hill Farmstead ‘Of First and Last Things‘, 6.5% ABV, IPA. Greensboro Bend, VT – Wonderful hop showcased IPA. Bright, balanced and quite dry with citrus rind bitterness, pithy tangerine,  grapefruit and a lingering creamsicle vanilla presence in body. Dry finish, grassy, and clean. Amazing as always. Believe the hype.

Weekend of 7/21

Alvinne ‘Cuvee Sofie Kweepeer ‘, 8% ABV, Sour Amber Ale. Moen, Belgium – Amber ale aged 3 months in redwine barrels, then quince added to the barrel for another 3 months of aging. Straightforward sour, vinous, honey, acidic, puckering, stone fruit, light quince, complex, and fruity – a fantastic variant of the Cuvee Sofie. 

Westkill Brewing ‘Leona’, 6% ABV, Saison. Westkill, NY – Catskills newest brewery! We are so excited to keep getting beer by these awesome folks, and they just opened up their taproom so make sure to drop by. Bright and refreshing house saison with notes of lemon peel, black pepper, and a bit of hay funk. 

Carton Brewing ‘Beach’, 4% ABV, Kolsch. Atlantic Highlands, NJ – Everyone loves the beach and you’ll this kind of beach as well. A session ale brewed with orange zest and uses Kolsch yeast. Lemon, biscuit malt, dry, herbal hops, citrus and oh yes, plenty of orange zest. 

Equilibrium ‘MC2‘, 8% ABV, NE IPA. Middletown, NY – Bright, tropical notes of mango, pineapple and apricot. Think succulent mango juice loaded with chewy hop resins. It’s very drinkable for 8% so be careful, this one can sneak up on you.

Oxbow Brewing ‘Space Cowboy’, 4% ABV, Country Ale. Newcastle, ME – A nod to the traditional provision beers of England (mild ales) and Belgium (saisons), a crushable country ale brewed for their hardworking locals. Grainy bread, subtle hops, rustic yeast. Bready finish and mellow, you’ll be wanting another sip after sip. 

De La Senne ‘Saison du Meyboom’, 4% ABV, Saison. Brussels, Belgium – From one of the best breweries out there, a crackly refreshing lil baby saison that’s simple, clean and crushable. Notes of hay, pink peppercorn, darjeeling with a bone dry finish. You’ll want to bathe in this all summer long.

Folksbier ‘Recurring Dreams: Batch #6’, 5.3% ABV, Pale Ale. Brooklyn, NY – Northeast Style Pale Ale, batch #6 is all about its delicate charm. Light oats, refreshing with a clean summery finish. Double dry-hoped with Citra, Lemon Drop and Wakatu hops for a bright and balanced citrus hop character. Go Joey Pepper and Folksbier crew!

Other Half ‘DDH Forever Ever‘, 4.8% ABV, Session IPA. Brooklyn, NY – Their itty bitty session hopped with Azacca, Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo gets DOUBLE dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic Lupulin powder and Azacca pellets. HOLY MOLY, GET DANKED.

Brewski/ Fonta Flora ‘Pomme de Femme’, 5% ABV, Saison. Helsingborg, Sweden/ Morgantown, NC – Collaboration brew with Fonta Flora Brewery. A saison brewed with Apples and Basil! Sweet wheat, yeast, herbal, apples, slightly funky, basil, lightly sour, citrus peel and refreshing. Smooth fruity finish and very nice.

To Øl ‘Roses are Brett’, 6% ABV, Saison. Copenhagen, Denmark – An Amber Saison using Cara Red, dry hopped with Citra and Saaz, fermented with Brettanomyces and then filled with Raspberries to enhance that red fruit color and flavor.  Funky, sexy and tangy.

ICONYC ‘Uptown Haze’, 6.9% ABV, IPA. Queens, NY – Newest IPA by newish brewery from NYC, ICONYC.  They describe it to be their juiciest, fruitiest IPA yet. Cloudy, hazy and unfiltered; it is double dry-hopped to unleash hints of overripe melon, stone fruit and sweet candy. 

Greenpoint Beer and Ale ‘What Even Is That?‘, 6.6% ABV, Saison. Brooklyn, NY – Our sister brewpub keeps pumping out those delicioso brews, ay ya yi! This is their newest saison, perfect for a summery summer day. A lovely wheat saison hopped with Centennial and conditioned on plenty of pureed Lychee. Yum for days.
