Weekend of 3/10

Brewski ‘Koppi Berliner’, 3.5% ABV, Berliner Weisse. Helsingborg, Sweden – Brewed with cold brewed coffee from one of the best coffee roasters in the world, Koppi; which happens to be in Sweden and neighbors of Brewski. Tart taste, fruity with coffee and citrus. Refreshing with an interesting touch of coffee. I’m a big, big fan of Brewski and Koppi so i’m super stoked to have something by the both of them up. Jag älskar Koppi, Brewski och Sverige!

LIC Beer Project ‘Grisette’, 4% ABV, Farmhouse-style Ale. Long Island City, NY –  A sessionable straw colored ale inspired by the low-alcohol French Grisette ales brewed for miners. Brewed with Pilsner and Spelt, the result is a citrusy light bodied tart farmhouse ale that finishes crisp and dry.

Pizza Boy ‘Arck Angel, 13.5% ABV, 4X IPA. Enola, PA – Oh snap, a QUADRUPLE IPA for this cold ass weekend oughta do it. Piney hop flavor and bitterness at high levels, medium malt character with caramel aspects, and the hop flavor hits first with bitterness lingering in the aftertaste. Not too overwhelming, so be cautious or not 😉 get a cab home after drinking two of these!

Keg and Lantern ‘Green Eyes’, 7% ABV, IPA. Brooklyn, NY – Our neighbors are finally distributing this righteous beer! A classic West-Coast IPA. Just enough malt sweetness to balance the bitter. Hopped with a mix of the classics (Cascade, Centennial, Columbus) and the new school (Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe). Damn, it feels good to have a classic IPA 😉
